i guarantee you most likely won't get an upgraded console no matter how much you complain. It'll be a refurb but mine works fine and it's a refurb. HDMI sucks simply for the fact you have to spend $60-$80 to buy the cable.
I've asked them specifically to send me a new one and they told me ''Sir, we can't do that it's not part of the program''.
They told me they'd replace it with a new one, but they didn't.

I have a cheap HDMI cable and it works perfectly. It's a digital connection, so a high-end cable is pretty unnecessary.
