i think its worth 45 bucksReasons brothers in arms hells highway i ...
if i were to get it for $40 would it be worth the buy?
well i dont come to 360 forums cuz i own a PS3..but the guy is right BIA HH is not worth that much the money. good thing i rent it. the games gets to repeaitive way to fast. the controls is to stiff and AI at times can be and will be stupid to do anything.the game is not worth $59.99if i have to give it a price i will sell it for $49.99
i say rent it play for 3 days. you will get tired of it and be glad you didnt buy it. and the online mp is pretty lame.
i think its worth 45 bucks
not if you get paid 8 the hour aka me
I played through the campaign yesterday and have to say that it was not quite as good as I had hope. I would definately recommend either renting it or waiting until it drops in price a little.
This argument can apply to ALOT of single player games.I was a while since I played the first games, but if I remember correctly, they never had MP's - so this is the games first outing into MP. Which they may have tacked on becuase they felt they had to.The SP campaign is great soo far though - i'm loving it. Its like playing the series band of brothers!
I thought it was good fun. Although i think they would of had a much better game if the Germans tried to close you down and kill you if you didn't move quick enough. Instead they just dig in and wait to be shot. And The MG-42's should wipe you out if you make a mistake or get caught in the open. The 88's should of obliterated the surrounding map and you along with it if you take a direct hit. Like you can take a hit off one of these things from 20 feet away and survive. its ridiculous lol. The games very forgiving on veteren.
All games have lag and glitches, what's your point? Plus I don't have the attention span of a 6 year old with ADD. I still own the previous 2 BIA games and have since the day they were released (3/05 %26 10/05 respectively), so I'd imgaine I'm going to be holding on to this game or awhile as well.

i think its worth 45 bucks
not if you get paid 8 the hour aka me
And that's our fault? Find a better paying job then. Don't complain about buying games. If it's too expensive find another, cheaper hobby.
for starters, the single player in no way is linear; there are plenty of ways to flank and kill your enemies, so a second play through is very plausible for people who can play a game more than once. a linear game is something like too human or dark sector or call of duty.secondly, your internet connection is simply weak because i receive little to no lag in 9 out of 10 games i play. i can see where youre saying it has generic, not worthwhile, multiplayer, but it's most likely because you arent playing it correctly. the key to multiplayer lies solely in the hands of your squad leader. his ability to call in recon and pinpoint enemies should allow him to set up markers for where they are and tell you how to flank them. i honestly would say my team wins over 75% of our matches because we actually work together as a team. when the game is played this way its extremely good.i would like to know what single player games you call good that arent repetetive because bia hh isnt very repetetive. the environments are constantly changing and the levels are each extremely varied with where cover is positioned and where enemies are so i dont see how its repetetive.
I happen to disagree. Brothers in Arms: Hells highway is WORTH the buy. Yeah so it doesn't have a co-op skirmish mode like the others on Xbox, give em a negative, and it has the 3rd person cover system; But it's personal taste on that matter. Other than those things BIA is one of the best FPS I've played in a long time. I love the distructable cover and the AI which ducks and flinches while under fire and sometimes tries to out flank you. As for it being linear, perhaps to a degree. SOmetimes it bottle necks and creates chokepoints in a fire fight. Good I say.As for multiplayer, its probably your connection. Multiplayer runs smooth for me.
the TC is right, as stupid as his avatar is.BIA is a great game, but there's not enough replay value for it to be worth 60 dollars. I bought it for 45 bucks with a giftcard I've had for a while, so I'm perfectly fine with it.My suggestion would be to wait for the price to drop. Personally.
