100 kills achievements in first Gears

So, I'm trying really hard to get the individual kill achieves for the first Gears before Gears 2 comes out. I get disconnected alot during later rounds and I wanted to know if it still keeps track of kills in earlier rounds even if I dont finish all of them? Also, is it only Execution and Warzone that the kills count? Feel free to add any other relevant info you might have that would help me out. Thanks in advance.100 kills achievements in first Gears
Exe %26 Warzone only.
Game must have at least six total players beginning to end to count towards points.
You must stay for the whole game.

Oh no. Im never gonna get the achievements then. I dont understand why it always says no connection to the host can be made. Also, this is happening to other people or they're quiting because I hardly ever finish a game where theres still 6 people. It might be a lost cause. Thanks for the info though.

Thanks for the info though.[/QUOTE] Yes, unfortunately, people quit matches all the time, and in Gears it's really annoying since nobody else can jump in. Just keep at it though, you will get them eventually.

No need for false hope, dude! When Gears 2 releases, the first game will likely be deserted.

That's like me thinking that I'll eventually unlock my online achievement for E4.

[/QUOTE]Yeah, I feel more like its a race against time. I just now got good enough to where I can rack me up some kills. I might get a couple, at least shottie maybe. I know im not gonna touch it again either once Gear 2 comes out.

I am pretty much giving up on seriously. I am 500 away from a Legit 10,000 kills but everyone knows it doesnt unlock there anyway. :evil:

You're way too close to give up now.
What the first guy said, and I recommend playing first to 5 or 6, people quit less, and if you find a group of around 4 or more, follow them, more chance of a full game when your finished.
The best way I found to make sure people don't quit out is to play the new maps. There's still alot of people going for the map achievements so they're more likely to stay in if it's a five round match.

Thats a tall order in 30 days before the 2nd game comes out.
