Questions about 360 Arcade...?

1. Do all have HDMI ports?2. Do all have updated components to reduce the risk of hardware failure?3. Can the Arcade hold an HD (All of the pics show a cover on the top instead of an HD bay)...?4. If I purchase an Arcade, can I simply take the HD from my broken 360 and put it on the Arcade?I ask these question because my 3rd 360 is starting to die and according to Microsoft support... I am out of warranty... so I can pay $100 for a refurbished no HDMI, old component 360, or I can spend $200 on a new 360 with HDMI, and updated components (or so I think.)Thanks for replies. [/QUOTE]Yeah, they have HDMI ports (but dont come with HDMI cable), it depends on when it was made obviously when trying to figure out if it has the new chipsets. The jaspers are supposed to be shipping out arround now. Yeah, it can hold a HDD.
