Gears of War 2, so much new stuff!

With game reviewers playing the full length and now finished version of Gears of war 2 (IGN might as well have reviewed is in their preview, link below) there has been alot of new info, gameplay, and potential spoilers lately. To try and avoid the flood of topics, please keep all the new talk in this thread. What do you guys think of what you've seen of gears 2? I know this game is going to kick ass %26 everyone else should know that as well. I try not to read up on it much as I don't want to know details until I find them myself playing through the game. So I'll just wait as there is plenty of other games to get me to Gears Of War 2.Gears of War 2, so much new stuff!

Looks better and better with every new piece of info I read about it. Every preview says that the second game builds upon the awesomeness of the first in every way and improves or removes and replaces what sucked in the first with something infinitely better which, as far as I can tell, means that nothing in the game is going to suck. Sounds like the game is going to live up to everything Cliff has been boasting about it.
Yeah can't wait. Hopefully the story is longer.

Yeah man me and mhy budys are skipping school that friday and going up to gamespot thursday night at midnight to get it. All weekend nothing but gears lol and getting h-gh!

ill have the game in two weeks after i pay my bills.... gers of war is a sick franchise and hopefully dosent get overdone.i just pray no one rips gow off and makes a cheap knock off like saints row

I also have heard that the story is quite good.[/QUOTE]13(or around there) hours for the campaign, sold, and I wasn't that interested in this game because the campaign might be too short(Call of Duty 4) and rely too much on multiplayer, I want to see more campaigns that last over 10 hours in games.
Gameplay looks better than the first. Its really cool that epic included the reaver mission. Looks like a blast to play on co-op.

I like the fact that you don't need to bring anything except yourself and a ride. Its kinda ballin as well
I changed my Gears 2 preorder to Far Cry 2 simply because Gears 2 looks almost exactly the same as Gear 1. And i need a good mp game, and Gears 1's mp will terrible imo.And if i do spend $60 on a game that i didnt preorder, it will will Fallout 3 over anything. Im also eyeing Banjo
